What we collect

The details you enter in the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number if given, your role, and the information you provide about the transaction and the documents available.

Why we use it

To assess your enquiry, reply to you and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. If a mandate follows, we process further data to meet our legal obligations, including identity verification and sanctions screening.

Who receives it

Our website host, Netlify, Inc., stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify processes data in the United States under safeguards approved for international transfers. We do not sell your data or pass it to counterparties without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a mandate are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as the law requires, which for anti-money laundering purposes is generally five years after the relationship ends.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
